The pro- <br /> posed changes would reduce existing restrictions on appointment <br /> of individuals employed by health care systems. Ed Crowe, <br /> Chairman of the Health and Medical Care Advisory Council will <br /> present rationale for the modification. <br /> IMPACT: Proposed amendment would enhance the Health and Medical Care <br /> Advisory Council ability to recruit qualified members. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : <br /> As the Board decides. <br />
