In accor <br /> dance with the consortium agreement, all units of government i <br /> the Central Piedmont Consortium are require to approve the pla <br /> beforelsubmission to the State Division of Employment and Train <br /> ing. <br /> The plan does not address concerns unique to the County an. <br /> previously discussed by the Board in December, 1985. The con <br /> cerns Aare: expanded program outreach, an additional trainin. <br /> site in the County, participant transportation, improved finan <br /> cial reporting and increased coordination with County agencies. <br /> Bob Ferguson, Director of Central Piedmont Employment and Train <br /> ing will provide verbal and written response.
