The base bid appears to be essentially the same as that previously approved by <br /> the County.I However,alternatives A,B,and C appear to have policy implications that <br /> have not been addressed by either the Orange County Planning Board or the Board of <br /> County Commissioners. <br /> Therefore,the purpose of this memorandum is to request that,before <br /> alternatives A,B,and C are considered for action by the Commissioners,these <br /> alternatives be referred to the Planning Board for recommendation. <br />
