I have enclosed a copy of <br /> the deed with this letter which has some suggested <br /> additions. It seems to me the septic system easement <br /> should be specifically described. The septic system <br /> easement will be shown on the plat and a reference to <br /> the plat should take care of any description problems. <br /> Please excuse my handwritten notes. It seemed to me <br /> that handling it this way would save some time. <br /> When last we spoke it was your idea that some <br /> provision should be included in the deed regarding <br /> maintenance of the septic system. This seems desirable <br /> to me. I also think the following paragraph should be <br /> included with respect to the County's acceptance of <br /> this dedication and the conditions of acceptance. <br /> Orange County, party of the second part, <br /> accepts the dedication of the perpetual septic <br /> system easement granted herein by the Connerys for <br /> the purpose of ensuring its perpetual nature. <br /> Orange County, by accepting this dedication, <br /> disclaims all responsibility for the installation <br /> and the maintenance of the septic system, which <br /> installation and maintenance shall be the <br /> responsibility of the owners of the property <br /> described in the above referenced recorded plat as <br /> their interests may appear. <br />
