Only Lot 12 of this <br /> property has suitable soil for a septic system. Therefore a <br /> document is needed to allow Lot #1 to use the septic system on <br /> Lot #2 . Our County Attorney requested that Orange County be <br /> party to the document so the easement would not be transferable <br /> and so the easement would be permanent . <br /> NEED: The Board must accept and the Chairman sign the Deedto <br /> Septic System Easement before the Planning staff can Dap rove <br /> the Connery 's Minor Subdivision. ppoe <br /> IMPACT: A perpetual septic system easement will be in effect on lot 2 <br /> for the benefit of Lot 1 of the Connery Minor Subdivision and <br /> the Connery lot would be subdivided. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: App-rove, subject to recommendations of the County Attorney and <br /> Planning Department. The recommendations will be presented at the <br /> meeting. <br /> II <br />
