Pilkey seconded the motion. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> Shanklin inquired if #22 should refer to both <br /> Carolina Avenue and Second Street . <br /> The Board directed that the references be <br /> corrected. <br /> The Board discussed condition #23 . Jacobs asked <br /> about Town standards . Smith responded there are <br /> none. <br /> Pilkey asked what size was implied on Condition <br /> #24. Smith responded there was no information from <br /> the Town. <br /> Yuhasz questioned how far along St . Mary' s was <br /> intended by condition #24. <br /> There was no discussion of conditions #25 - 28. <br /> The Board discussed #29. <br /> Jacobs questioned (h) noting "wherever possible" <br /> should read "wherever appropriate" . <br /> Walters expressed concern with the convenience of <br /> access for bikes and dirt bikes to these recreation <br /> areas. Collins suggested entrance obstruction. <br /> Yuhasz noted wheelchair access is required. <br />
