The NC National Register Coordinator advised t e <br /> applicants that the site would likely qualify for the Nation = l <br /> Register and that a resolution of support from the Board ' f <br /> Commissioners would expedite the process . <br /> IMPACT: Adoption of the resolution would expedite the qualificatiin <br /> process . <br /> Once designated on the Historic Register the site would recei e <br /> public recognition for its historic value , would qualify fir <br /> certain historic tax allowances for income producing property <br /> and would be eligible for the issuance of a Class A Special U- e <br /> Permit for mixed use/reuse of historic structures . <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Adopt the attached resolution . <br />
