C 27278 <br /> Dear Ms. Smith: <br /> Thank you for your letter dated November 27, 1985, advising us of the time limit for the <br /> West Ten planned development. <br /> Due to many problems requiring lengthy correspondence and work with the State of North <br /> Carolina, consulting engineers, soil specialist, surveyors and others, six months is not <br /> adequate. <br /> We respectfully request a six month extension be granted for this project. <br /> We have contracted all future engineering work with Craig B. Morgan & Associates 7, <br /> Power Hill Place, Durham, N. C. 27707 (919) 493-6836. Mr. Morgan thinks we should <br /> have all required approvals by early February for submittal to Orange County Planning <br /> Office.
