If no construction has started the permii$ <br /> becomes null and of no effect . The owner can request a si , <br /> month extension from the Board of County Commissioners if the <br /> request is received before the permit expires . " Section 7 .9 <br /> provides that "if actions required in any amendment <br /> establishing a PD district are not taken within the time Limit <br /> set , the Zoning Officer shall review the circumstances and <br /> recommend to the Planning Board and Board of County <br /> Commissioners : <br /> a) that PD zoning for the entire area be continued with <br /> revised time Limits ; or <br />
