07 • <br /> SUBDIVISION APPLICATION AND REVIEW REQUIREMENTS . <br /> ISSUE STATEMENT <br /> ISSUE: Se,e attached memorandum dated 9/25/$5 from Marvin <br /> Collins to the Orange County Planning Board . <br /> (Note : the proposed amendments vary slightly from <br /> the recommendation provided in this memorandum. ) <br /> The proposed amendment providing for the submittal <br /> of additional copies of the Preliminary Plan <br /> provides clear direction to the applicant on the <br /> materials required as part of the application and <br /> reflects the actual number of copies necessary for <br /> Boards, staff and agency reviews. <br /> EXISTING ORDINANCE: <br /> III-D Preliminary Plan <br /> III-D-1 At Least fifteen (15) copies of a <br /> Preliminary Plan of a proposed <br /> subdivision shall be submitted to the <br /> Planning Board for action within seventy <br /> (70) days of receipt of the said copies . <br /> Failure of the Planning Board to act in <br /> the seventy (70) days shall be . . . . <br /> III-D-4-b . in no event shall the Board <br /> withhold consideration beyond the seventy <br /> (70) days review time permitted by <br /> Section III-D-1 . <br /> PROPOSED ORDIINANCE: <br /> III-D-1 At Least twenty-seven (27) copies of a <br /> Preliminary Plan of a . proposed <br /> subdivision shall be submitted to the <br /> Planning Board for action by the Planning <br /> Board within eighty-five 5851 days of <br /> receipt of the said copies .
