June 4, 1985., <br /> I have 1I reviewed the Preliminary Plan for this project <br /> and have the following comments. <br /> An Erosion Control Plan must be submitted and ap- <br /> provedlprior to the beginning of construction. <br /> It appears that a drainage easement will be necessary <br /> in order to provide adequate drainage for runoff fro <br /> Tanglewood Drive.
