C. 27515
Re: Eubanks Road Subdivision for Charles Brooks
Dear Cindee,
I have reviewed the last plat of the Brooks Subdivision submitted by
you. The first four lots can be developed if the fifth lot is reserved
for a community sewer system. This system would have to be a low pressure
pipe system dosed at .2 gallons per day per square foot. The entire system
can be no more than 2,000 gallons per day. A permit can be issued for the
construction of system once the following three conditions are met. First,
the planned subdivision would have to be approved by the Orange County
Planning Department. Secondly, complete engineered plans for the collection
and disposal system would have to be submitted to our department for review
and approval. Third, a perpetual maintenance agreement between individual
lots owners is legally documented to provide a means of repairing any future
malfunction of the system.
Water supplies for the lots in the development can be attained through
the use of individual wells. Permits to drill these wells can be issued
after proper application to our department is made by the individual owners
or developers!
Please feel free to call if you have any questions concerning this -
matter.
Sincerely,
--;-- 6/....
Ron Holdway, R.
