Development of a he <br /> subdivision would add approximately 23 trips per day to Euba ks <br /> Road . The addition of this subdivision would increase traf is <br /> on the road by six (6%) percent above the 1981 traffic count of <br /> 400 ' trips per day at the intersection of Eubanks Road and Mill <br /> House Road (SR 1725) . <br /> All Jots will be served by individual wells and a communi y <br /> sewer system . The Orange County Health Department has provided <br /> preliminary approval of both systems. <br /> Polite, fire and rescue services will be provided by the Orange <br /> County Sheriff ' s Department , New Hope Volunteer Fire Departme t <br /> and the South Orange Rescue Squad . <br /> RECOMMENDATION : The Planning Board by unanimous vote recommends approval <br /> with the following conditions : <br /> (1 ) that a stormwater management plan which satisfies t e <br /> standard for control of the first one—half (1/2) inch . f <br /> stormwater runoff from impervious surfaces be submitted <br /> for review and approval prior to approval of the fin = l <br /> plat . <br /> (2) that engineered plans for the community sewer system be <br /> submitted for review and approval by the Orange County <br /> Health Department prior to approval of the final plat . <br /> (3) that a perpetual maintenance agreement for the communit <br /> sewer system be submitted for review and approval by thy <br /> Orange County Attorney prior to recordation of the final <br /> plat . <br />
