The property is <br /> referenced as part of Lot 38 of Tax Map 21 , Block B. <br /> It is bordered by agricultural and residential <br /> development . The tract is designated as Twenty Year <br /> Transition on the Land Use Plan . <br /> There are six (6) lots proposed out of 7 .74 acres . <br /> The Lot sizes are 3 lots at .92 acre, .93 acre , 1 . 07 <br /> acres , and 1 .70 acres , excluding the rights of--way . <br /> The property is zoned R-1 (Rural Residential ) . <br /> Access is provided to the site via an Orange County <br /> (Amy Jo Lane) Private Class "B" road which leads to <br /> SR 1144. Fire protection for the <br /> question is provided by the property in <br /> bistrict . Law enforcement e Ffland Rural Fire <br /> st G rcement is provided by the Orange <br /> County heriff s Department . It will be patrolled on <br /> a 24—hour basis . <br /> Development of this subdivision would have minima <br /> impact on the area .
