Acknowledge that Orange County is committed to completing <br /> the priority I roof repair/replacement program as outlined <br /> by Law Engineering. <br /> 2. However, withhold making any further, specific appropriation <br /> commitments at this time. <br /> 3. Evaluate the final priority I roofs of Orange Schools and <br /> any request for priority II repairs as part of the 1986-87 <br /> budget process. With the 50% higher estimate now being made <br /> on the High School renovation/expansion it is unlikely that <br /> the School Capital Reserve will be available for roofs. The <br /> County's capacity to fund further roof work from current <br /> revenue should be determined on the basis of fund availabi- <br /> lity projected for 1986-87 and other capital requests of the <br /> two school systems. <br />
