The purpose of this agenda item is to consider approval of the revised Preliminary Plan for Section Three of the Forrester Bend Subdivision , property of Ernie McBroam . The property in question is located on NC 57 in Little River Township . The property is referenced as part of Lot 18G of Tax Map 25 . It is bordered by agricultural and residential development . The tract is designated as Agricultural Residential on the Land Use Plan . There are three (3 ) Lots proposed out of approximately 11 .88 acres . The lot sizes are 2.86 acres , 4.65 acres and 3 .83 acres excluding the rights--of---way . No zoning has been adopted in Little River Township . However , the Subdivision Regulations (Section IV-8-1A) require a minimum lot size of 40 , 000 square feet where the Lots are to be served by on—site sewage disposal and water systems as is the case in this development .
