The property is referenced as part of Lot 18G of Tax <br /> Map 25 . It is bordered by agricultural and residential <br /> development . The tract is designated as Agricultural <br /> Residential on the Land Use Plan . <br /> There are three (3) lots proposed out of approximately 11 .8,8 <br /> acres. The lot sizes are 2.86 acres , 4.65 acres and 3 .83 acres <br /> excluding the rights-of-way . No zoning has been adopted in <br /> Little River Township . However, the Subdivision Regulations <br /> (Section IV--B-1A) require a minimum lot size of 40,000 <br /> square feet where the lots are to be served by on-site sewage <br /> disposal and water systems as is the case in this development . <br /> Access is provided to the site from NC57 via an Orange County <br /> Class "A" private road . <br /> The property in question is located in the Orange Rural Fire <br /> District .
