VI. TERMINATION AGREEMENT <br /> This Agreement may be terminated by OWNER upon seven (7) days written <br /> notice should the ENGINEER fail substantially to perform in accordance <br /> with its terms through no fault of the OWNER. In the event of termi- <br /> nation as herein provided, the ENGINEER shall be paid his compensation <br /> for services performed to termination date. <br /> THIS AGREEMENT embodies the whole agreement of the OWNER, and the <br /> ENGINEERS there being no promises, terms, conditions or obligations <br /> referred, to the subject matter other than contained herein. <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the OWNER and the ENGINEER have caused this <br /> instrument to be executed and attested all as of the day and year <br /> first above written. <br />
