1 <br /> I <br /> E. Administrative services during construction including reviewing <br /> contractor's monthly payment requests, preparing and processing <br /> change orders, coordination with regulatory agencies, approval. <br /> of shop drawings and other required contractor submittals, and <br /> preparation of as built drawings showing location of all <br /> constructed facilities, utility lines, access roads, easements, <br /> parking area, etc. <br /> Compensation shall be a lump sum of $7,960.00. The ENGINEER shall <br /> be paid al proportional amount of the total each month during the <br /> construction phase of the project until the $7,960.00 is paid in <br /> full; each monthly being in proportion to the monthly payment to <br /> the contractor. If the construction contractor unduly delays his <br /> work or performs not in accordance with the construction contract, <br /> and the delay or contract breach results in additional administrative <br /> or stakeout work being required of the ENGINEER, then the ENGINEER <br /> shall be due additional compensation. In such case the additional <br /> compensation to the ENGINEER shall be determined by the schedule <br /> of hourli charges in Section IV of this Agreement. <br /> III. SCHEDULE OF PERFORMANCE <br /> The ENGINEER shall accomplish the services described in Section II above <br /> on the following schedule: <br /> 1. Section 1, Project Formulation and Planning Phase - complete and <br /> deliver to OWNER within 3 weeks of notification to begin. <br /> 1 <br /> 2. Section 2; Design Phase - items A, B, and C complete and deliver <br /> to OWNER within S weeks of notification to begin. Item 2D, approval <br /> by regulatory agencies, shall be diligently pursued by the ENGINEER. <br /> IV. PROVISIONFOR EXTRA SERVICES <br /> If the ENGINEER is requested in writing by the OWNEER to perform <br /> services beyond those specified hereinabove, compensation for <br /> such services shall be at the following hourly rates: <br /> Engineer - Principal $50.00/hour <br /> Architectior Engineer $45.00/hour <br /> Draftsperson $25.00/hour <br /> Survey party, 3 persons $440.00/day <br /> Secretary $20.00/hour <br /> These hourly rates are valid through the duration of the Contract. <br />
