The land is located in Bingham Township <br /> and is within the BH-1, Adam and Eve Rural Neighborhood <br /> Activity Node. That activity node has as its center <br /> the', intersection of Highway 54 and SR 1958 (Morrow Mill <br /> Road) . Other facts which are pertinent to the <br /> questions raised follow: <br /> perm1. There are two commercial zoning districts <br /> itted in a rural neighborhood activity node. They <br /> are: Local Commercial-I (LC-1) and Neighborhood <br /> Commercial-II (NC-2) . Sections 4 .2.8 and 4.2.9 of the <br /> Zoning Ordinance. <br /> 2• A General Commercial-TV (GC-4) district is <br /> only permitted within a commercial or industrial <br /> transition activity node in Eno or Hillsborough <br /> Townships. Section 4. 2.11 of the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> 3. An Existing Commercial-V (EC-5) district is <br /> not permitted in an activity node in Bingham Township <br /> (one of the townships zoned at the time of the adoption <br /> of the County's current zoning ordinance) . Section <br /> 4.2.12 of the. Zoning Ordinance. <br /> 4 .
