There are no present leaks occurring. <br /> It would be to the best interest of the school to let this roof go <br /> as long as possible (until leaks start happening) and then do an <br /> overlay with a modified bitumen. <br /> Lincoln Center Warehouse <br /> This roof is in good order. It is an asphalt and gravel roof. The <br /> flashings have been redone and aluminized. The gravel stops and <br /> gutters were replaced in 1985. <br /> This roof should give a number more years of service with some <br /> preventative maintenance. <br /> II <br />
