I will list for you <br /> in our priority order the remaining roof work and will attach a <br /> copy of the' write-up of our findings as of this time. <br /> We will complete all of our priority one roofs (per Law Engineer- <br /> ing report ) , with our current roofing contracts for Chapel Hill <br /> High 'B' Building, Carrboro Elementary, Glenwood Elementary, and <br /> Estes Hills '' Elementary. The system has completed the following <br /> reroofing and/or roof restoration projects over the last few <br /> years . <br /> . Culbreth - reroofed/rubber ( 1981-82) <br /> . Seawell - reroofed/asphalt shingles and modified bitumen <br /> (1983-84) ( 1985-86) <br /> . Carrboro - reroofed/ modified bitumen and restored <br /> ( 1983-84) (1985-86) <br /> o Lincoln Administration Building - restored ( 1984-85) <br /> . Phillips (Main Building & Gymnasium) restored (1984-85) <br /> . Chapel Hill High B Building - restored and reroofed <br /> with modified bitumen ( 1985-86 ) <br /> • Glenwood - restored/reroofed with modified bitumen <br /> ( 1985-86) <br /> o Estes Hills (Rear Section)- reroofed with modified bitumen <br /> (1985-86) <br /> (Front Section)- replaced metal , sectional <br /> repairs ( 1985-86) <br /> The remaining roofs that require major repair, restoration <br /> and/or reroofing are as follows in priority order. <br />
