E. Wooten and Company for engineering <br /> services in the development of Fairview Community Park. <br /> • I <br /> NEED: Engineering services are needed to write construction specifications P and <br /> supervise construction of park development to ensure adherance to federal <br /> regulations. <br /> Proposals were received on Friday, January 17, 1986 and--reviewed/evaluated by a <br /> Selection Team comprised of the Directors of Recreation and Parks, Housing and <br /> Community Development, and Purchasing. A tabulation of the costs by firms <br /> submitting proposals is provided. <br /> Award of contract to qualified firm as determined by information provided in <br /> IMBACT_: submitted proposals and evaluated by Selection Team is consistant with CDBG <br /> procedures/federal regulations. <br /> Funds are available/remaining in CDBG accounts and N. C. General Fund <br /> Appropriation 1 accounts. <br /> RECOEIDATION(S) : Recommend awarding of contract to selected firm. <br />
