8 of 9 <br /> 171 10/8/84. <br /> ADDENDUM 2 <br /> ENFORCEMENT <br /> A. Orange County will be responsible for the issuance of all permits, building <br /> and otherwise, for an approved application. Orange County will forward a copy <br /> of permits issued as well as the approved site plan to the Town on whose side <br /> the development is located. <br /> B. Orange County will also be responsible for inspecting each site to ensure <br /> compliance with applicable regulations and any other conditions attached to the <br /> approval . <br /> C. Orange County will secure the help of the Town staff when appropriate or secure <br /> additional staff or consultants for the purpose of administering the provisions <br /> of the agreement and any development standards adopted pursuant thereto. The <br /> fee schedule for administration of development requests will be adjusted where <br /> necessary to compensate the Towns for the use of Town staff. Whether or not <br /> Town staff are available, the County is responsible for administering the pro- <br /> visions of this agreement and development standards adopted thereto. <br /> D. The Town staff may enter development sites and properties under consideration <br /> for development in the Joint Planning Agreement for the purpose of making in- <br /> spections and collecting data for site evaluations. This includes sites proposed <br /> for development as well as those with approved development plans. <br /> Revised 9/27/84 <br />
