Public hearings will be held at 7:30 p.m. And <br /> will be attended by the appropriate County board(s) and the <br /> appropriate Town board(s) . <br /> I. Following the public hearing, the appropriate Town board will <br /> take action on the request, considering all the evidence <br /> properly before the board. The Town staff will be <br /> responsible for the preparation and distribution of agenda <br /> materials to the appropriate Town boards. <br /> J. When appropriate, the Orange County Planning Board will meet <br /> following ', the hearing for the purpose of making a <br /> recommendation on the request. The Orange County Planning <br /> Staff will be responsible for the preparation and <br /> distribution of \agenda materials. In making its <br /> recommendation, the Planning Board will consider the evidence <br /> presentedl at the public hearing, the joint staff report and <br /> the recommendation of the Town. <br /> K. Orange County will prepare and distribute the agenda for the <br /> appropriate County board, including the joint staff report, <br /> the minute: of the public hearing, the recommendations of the <br /> respective Planning Boards, when appropriate, and the <br /> decision of the appropriate Town board. <br /> L. The Board of Commissioners will meet to consider the evidence <br /> and recommendations for the purpose of making a decision on <br /> the application. <br /> M. An application is approved upon favorable recommendation of <br /> the Town board and the approval of the Board of County <br /> Com.rissionerw. <br /> If the applicable Town board reco=eds issuance of the <br /> permit subject to conditions, those conditions must be <br /> included I in any permit issued by the County unless the <br /> applicant) has modified the application to comply with the <br /> proposed conditions. If the Board of County Commissioners <br /> recommends conditions other than those recommended by the <br /> applicable Town board, those conditions must be included in <br /> any permit issued by the County board unless the applicant <br /> has modified the application to comply with the proposed <br /> conditions. <br /> If conditions are recommended and/or approved by a Town board <br /> which would be inconsistent with conditions being considered <br /> by the Board of County Commiesioners, no permit shall be <br /> issued until such time as a conference committee composed of <br /> one (1) or more members of each board shall meet to resolve <br /> such inconsistent conditions. An inconsistent condition <br /> shall me I n a condition recommended by one board which, if <br /> approved, would result in a design or engineering standard, <br /> dimensional requirement, typo or location of site <br /> improvement, or other similar provision which cannot be <br /> implemented or provided due to another condition recommended <br /> or aR proved. <br />
