Each town propo- <br /> sal, if adopted, would add to or modify certain provisions of <br /> the agreement and/or procedures. <br /> Chapel Hill, <br /> 1. joint Planning Board (composed of four members of the Chapel <br /> Hill Planning Board and four from the Orange County Planning <br /> ,Board) to streamline application review. <br /> 2.
