House. <br /> • <br /> • <br /> HEED: The Halfway House has previously received a direct distribution from .the <br /> - ABC Board. However, for 1985-86,, the ABC-Board decided not to continue <br /> this direct funding of the Halfway House. As a result, the Halfway House <br /> has incurred a deficit of $6,000-. <br /> •IMPACT: The County recently agreed .to allow the ABC Board to reduce its distribution <br /> of profits .to the County for construction purposes. Also, the ABC Board <br /> is applying the additional 5C per bottle tax to construction. If we honor <br /> this requesit, it is not out of "new" money received by the County. This <br /> request musl,t be evaluated on its own -merits. :A budget amendment of $6,000 - <br /> will be required with the Commissioners' Contingency account as the recom- - <br /> mended source. <br /> . <br />
