Whereas construction. <br /> contracts did not include furniture and fixtures and. there is a need for <br /> Court facilities to occupy the building, a budget amendment is necessary <br /> to allow such purchases.. . Items required include tables, chairs, Judge's <br /> ' bench, jury box and lighting fixtures. <br /> . <br /> • <br /> • <br /> IMPACT: The Old Courthouse Restoration fund will be increased by $20,000 (furniture - - <br /> $10,600; Judge's bench and jury box - $5,300; and lighting fixtures - $4,100) . <br /> This amount will be transfered from the County Capital Reserve Fund.
