• 13L <br /> Command Responsibilities <br /> Command is responsible for the following tasks as required by the <br /> circumstances, of the situation within his/her judgment. <br /> INITIAL: <br /> 1. Assume an effective command position. <br /> 2. Tranmit a brief initial radio, report. ' - <br /> 4. Develop a plan of attack. , <br /> 5. Assign units as required, consistent with Level I Staging. <br /> CONTINUING: <br /> 6. Provide continuing overall command and progress reports. <br /> 7. Assign Sectors. <br /> 8. Review and evaluate efforts and revic plan as ric.lcded. <br /> 9. Request and assign additional units as necessary . <br /> 10. Return units to service and termirste "COMMAND-, <br /> 11. Arrange and conduct the "post-mortem". - <br /> • The first four tasks are initial Command responsibilities.
