Amend Artic'Le 20 DEFINITIONS to add the definition of "Mail Order <br /> House" . <br /> This amendment would provide for a definition consistent with the <br /> Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Manual . <br /> Proposed amendments to the text of the Subdivision Regulations under <br /> consideration are as, follows : <br /> 1 . Amend Section IV—B-7 SITES FOR PUBLIC USE to re <br /> provisions with Section IV—B-7—a and Section IV—B-7—b . <br /> The proposed amendments would clarify the method of <br /> identification and reservation of school sites and would <br /> establish recreation and open space requirements and standards <br /> for their development , including payment in—lieu—of dedication of <br /> such sites , for all subdivisions , <br /> b .
