Amend Article 4 ESTABLISHMENT OF PERMITTED USE TABLE AND SCHEDULE, <br /> Section 4.3 , to provide for "Assembly and packaging operations , <br /> including mail order houses , but excluding on—premise retail outlets" <br /> as permitted uses in General Commercial —IV (GC-4) and Industrial I , <br /> II and II (I-1 , 2, 3) and as uses requiring the issuance of a Class <br /> A Special Use Permit in Local Commercial-1 (LC-1 ) and Neighborhood <br /> Commerciallli (NC-2) zoning districts . <br /> This amendment would specifically provide for this use <br /> referenced zoning districts either as a permitted use or upon <br /> g P upon <br /> issuance of a special use permit . <br /> 14. Amend Article 8 SPECIAL USE PERMITS to add Section 8 .8 <br /> and Pac g P r , But Excluding <br /> �Ca inp O e atiens Including Mail Order Houses But Excluding <br /> On—Premises Retail Outlets . <br /> This amendment would specify requirements and standards for the <br /> referenced use . h <br /> l <br /> 15 . Amend Artic'Le 20 DEFINITIONS to add the definition of "Mail Order <br /> House" . <br /> This amendment would provide for a definition consistent with the <br /> Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Manual . <br /> Proposed amendments to the text of the Subdivision Regulations under <br /> consideration are as, follows : <br /> 1 . Amend Section IV—B-7 SITES FOR PUBLIC USE to re <br /> provisions with Section IV—B-7—a and Section IV—B-7—b . <br /> The proposed amendments would clarify the method of <br /> identification and reservation of school sites and would <br /> establish recreation and open space requirements and standards <br /> for their development , including payment in—lieu—of dedication of <br /> such sites , for all subdivisions , <br /> b . Amend Section V IMPROVEMENTS to provide for maintenance and <br /> responsibility of private facilities by homeowners ' associations . <br /> This amendment would delineate the responsibilities of <br /> homeowners ' associations for maintenance nd <br /> improvements required as part of subdivision approval . control of <br />
