Both the Committee and the Board recommended <br /> that the amendments be forwarded to public hearing . <br /> The Planning Staff proposes that the following amendments be <br /> presented at public hearing on February 24, 1986 <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> Article 4 Section 4.3 Permitted Use Table <br /> — amend to allow massage businesses as permitted uses in <br /> the CC-3 and GC-4 districts . <br /> Article 6 Section 6 .25 Massage Business as Permitted Use <br /> in CC-3 and GC-4 Districts <br /> -- amend to establish requirements for the submittal of <br /> construction plans and certification by the Building <br /> Inspector . <br /> Article 22 DEFINITIONS <br /> — amend to delete definitions related to "adult uses", <br /> revise the definition of "adult uses" and add definitions <br /> related to "massage" and "health and personal services" . <br />
