094 <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE <br /> ORANGE COUNTY PLANNING BOARD <br /> CONCERNING A <br /> WATER SUPPLY POLICY <br /> FOR THE <br /> ENO RIVER BASIN <br /> - <br /> I <br /> Recently 'Triangle J and the State of North Carolina have <br /> advised Orange County of new regulations regarding inter— <br /> basin transfer of water and minimum in—stream flow. Concerns <br /> have arisen as to the extent of our water resources and how <br /> that water', will be protected and allocated . <br /> Due to thee concerns, the Orange County Planning Board asks <br /> the Orange, County Board of Commissioners to join with them in <br /> formulating a water policy for the County, beginning with the <br /> Upper Eno Basin .
