We agree that their <br /> recommendations represent a facilitative and constructive <br /> approach to resolving P & S's zoning designation in an <br /> appropriate manner under the County Zoning Ordinance and <br /> Land Use Plan. <br /> P &S has always sought to be cooperative with the county and <br /> they do wish to be a good neighbor and employer in Bingham <br /> Township. <br /> We realize that implementing the recommendations of the <br /> County Attorney and the County Manager may well take a <br /> number of months. We will be pleased to cooperate with all <br /> appropriate parties in this process. We do hope that we can <br /> move steadily and diligently towards resolving these zoning <br /> questions and permitting us the benefits P & S expected and <br /> looked forward to when it relocated to its present site <br /> several years ago. <br /> We would appreciate your assistance and support in moving <br /> this process forward in the appropriate manner.
