This is in <br /> furtherance of Section 2.1 of the joint planning agreement • <br /> which Carrboro has approved in concept although it has not <br /> signed the full agreement pending the reaching of an under- <br /> standing on Section 2.2. While the Carrboro staff has worked. <br /> on the p1 n from the inception of the effort some csuastiof <br /> had arisen recently as to how march- of the plan coald be ready . • <br /> for public hearing in January.
