Orange County would retain the decision authority but he <br /> administration would be through Carrboro. <br /> Commissioner Marshall noted that . if the permit is done by Carrboro nd <br /> meets Carrboro 's standards, then Orange County would then be in the posi ion <br /> of enforcing Carrboro 's Ordinance. <br /> Chair Willhoit reiterated the items agreed upon: (1) proceed with the <br /> zoning map, (2) continue to take under advisement the review . process and <br /> determine what components can be agreed . upon and • (3) adopt Carrboro's <br /> standards with someIlmodification if necessary to reach some uniformity in the <br /> ordinance . <br /> Chair tillhoit pointed out that if the.
