I 'Iwant to know exactly whether or not those people in Raleigh <br /> are trained in engineering or whether they are also trained in geology and <br /> whether they know anything about runoff and whether they know anything about <br /> the kinds of concerns that they citizens who are here tonight quite reasonably <br /> have. I assure you that if you lived three quarters of a mile from where we <br /> are sitting right now you too would have these concerns. With that in mind, <br /> if we can't know what your comprehensive management plan in, then we are in <br /> no reasonable position to ever come to a vote on it and what I'm asking you to <br /> do is to come clean with us. I want a list of your priorities in terms of <br /> making those kinds of decisions. I want to know what kinds of people have <br /> understanding of questions such as geology, questions which have to do with <br /> water quality management. I want a list of the people you consulted that the <br /> public can see and be able to make some kind of educated and by educated I <br /> mean educated in 1,the sense of the manner in which you made these decisions - <br /> judgments about the kind of land use plan that you are proposing for us. <br /> II <br />
