M. , January 14, 1986; <br /> Our company owns a 146-acre tract of land adjacent and contiguous with <br /> the right-of-way of Interstate 40 at the New Hope Church Road interchange <br /> in Orange County. Also, contiguous with our property, we have a long-term <br /> lease (30 years) oa a 58-acre tract of land owned by Bingham Land Corrrp-1-,y' <br /> Clcmmons, North Carolina.
