C. 27612 <br /> Re: Orange County Sanitary Sewer Easements <br /> Dear Don: <br /> I have reviewed the scope of work involved in the above <br /> project and I find that there will be approximately thirteen <br /> thousand (13,000) linear feet of sanitary sewer crossing private <br /> property and that as many as fifty six different property owners <br /> may be affected by the easement acquisitions. I am attaching <br /> a list of twelve areas where easements will be required. <br /> I will provide all field surveys necessary to establish <br /> property lines and corners of the various tracts of land through <br /> which the sanitary sewer will pass, and in addition I will make <br /> a property survey of the site for the pumping station on Efland- <br /> Cedar Grove Road. I will prepare easement maps and property maps <br /> that meet all requirements for recording in Orange County. I <br /> estimate that ten to twelve plat sheet will be required. <br /> Thefee for the above outlined work exclusive of Orange <br /> County recording fees will be fourteen thousand five hundred <br /> dollars (014,500.00).
