Change orders to <br /> extend the contract period are necessary as the (1) delays were <br /> beyond the control of the contractors, (2) time is needed to dry <br /> outllthe building before interior paint finishes are applied, and <br /> (3) no cost would be associated <br /> 1 <br /> IMPACT: There is no impact since the furniture and Judges' bench will <br /> take 10-12 weeks for delivery. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS) <br /> Approve attached change orders extending the completion date <br /> from January 10 to March 10, 1986. <br />
