Graham , Jr . are requesting a planned <br /> development and rezoning for 331 .12 acres of Land located along <br /> Highway 70 Bypass and St . Mary 's Road(SR 1002) northeast of <br /> Hillsborough . The property is referenced as Tax map 6 , Block <br /> B . , 'Lots 3 & 4 and Tax Map 22 Block A , Lot 17 of Hillsborough <br /> Township . <br /> The property is located in an area designated as Ten Year <br /> Tran',sition and Commercial Transition Activity Node in the <br /> Orange County Land Use Plan . The present zoning classification <br /> is (Residential-1 ) R-1 .
