Chapman ' s automotive service. Recently <br /> the Planning Staff Learned that the buildings are located on a <br /> adjacent tract (in the same ownership) zoned AR—Agriculture <br /> Residential . The intent of the rezoning is to match th : <br /> building Locations with the appropriate zoning classificatio <br /> (EC-5) . <br /> IMPACT: Rezoning of the Chapman <br /> Atlas ! property would correct the Zoning <br /> RECOMMENDATION .
