Planning Board AKG-' <br /> Subject: Planning Board Reports <br /> Date: Janu Iary 6. 1936 <br /> This meeting will be the first time we implement the new policy <br /> of having a Planning Board representative present reports on the BOCC <br /> agenda items for which the Planning Board has made recommendations. <br /> In your agenda packet for tonight you will already have found for each <br /> planning item a one page OCPB report following each agenda abstract. <br /> For the oral reports tonight the Planning Director and I have decided <br /> that first the staff will present the description of the project as they <br /> usually do, but that they will not present the Planning Board <br /> recommendation. Instead, I will present the Planning Board report <br /> which includes the recommendation, and then staff and I will of course <br /> answer quAQ* - <br /> I hereby request that these reports be inserted into the record <br /> verbatim, preferably by including them as a page of the minutes. <br /> Attached to this memorandum is a copy of each repwrrwhii h I <br /> prepared for this meeting_ If you find there are things you would have <br /> liked included in any particular report, or the reports in general,you <br /> could indicate them and give the relevant pages back to me. <br /> I have also prepared a report on one item which is not on your <br /> agenda tonight, namely, a report on the minor subdivision of the Doris <br /> Lee property. It is included because it raises some issues concerning a <br /> collector road system which will eventually have to be addressed. <br /> II <br />
