Jacobs responded <br /> that this recommendation reflects : 1 ) high volume <br /> of traffic , 2) the recent extension of Dcconechee <br /> property (arid its water & traffic impacts) , 3) <br /> water limitations currently faced by Hillsborough , <br /> and 4)he felt Hillsborough would be annexing this <br /> property in the near future . <br /> Smith noted that Planning Staff was receiving mixed <br /> information from the Town Board . There are many <br /> inconsistencies in the decisions of the Town <br /> regarding the development of property in their <br /> jurisdiction and their recommendations regarding <br /> the development of property in Orange County ' s <br /> jurisdiction . <br /> Pi lkey stated that the Town of Hillsborough <br /> preferred R-2 or P-3 . <br /> Kizer inquired about the Oakdale Drive Extension <br /> construction .
