The parcel ('contains 4.54 acres. The property is located within an area <br /> of the County designated Agricultural-Residential and Rural. Neighborhood <br /> Activity Node. The present zoning of the property is AR. The applicant is <br /> - requesting a rezoning to LC-1 .
