Thomas Bradshaw and Beth Bradshaw are requesting <br /> a planned development and rezoning for 94.30 acres <br /> of Land located on the west side of White Cross <br /> Road (SR 1951 ) in Eingham Township . The property <br /> is referenced as Tax Map 3S, part of lot 27A . <br /> The property is lccated in an area designated <br /> Agricultural Residential in the Orange County Land <br /> Use Plan . The present zoning .ei.assification is <br /> Agricultural Residential (A-H) . The applicants are <br /> requesting the 94.30 acres to be rezoned to PD-H <br /> AR . <br /> Approval of the request would allow expansion of <br /> the existing mobile home park . An additional 75 <br /> •mobile homes would be added to the existing park <br /> which contain, 26 existing units . <br /> Staff recommends approval of the PD-H-AR rezoning <br /> request r:ith the attached conditions . <br /> Article 3 . 2. 2 states that where a preponderance of <br /> evidence indicates compliance with the general <br /> standards , specific rules governing the specific <br /> use , and that the use complies with all required <br /> regulations and standards , the application must be <br /> approved unless it is found , in some specific <br /> manner , that : <br /> 1 . The use will not maintain or enhance the value <br /> of contigous property.; <br /> 3 .
