A final boundary survey .of the Planned Development and improvements shall • <br /> be recorded by the developer. <br /> 19._ _•The final site plan and narrative of the project incorporating all <br /> changes, deletions and additions through the final approval of the project are <br /> incorporated herein and made a part of this Planned Development Special Use - <br /> Permit. A copy ',of the final site plan and narrative are on file with the <br /> . Orange County Planning Department. Grading and building permits, upon <br /> application, will 'be issued after approval and recordation of the Special Use • <br /> Permit. <br /> • . <br /> 20. She outlined the convenience of a mobile home park including <br /> recreational facilities for the children, nearby shopping, etc. <br /> Frintz Brunson from Phil Post and Associates indicated .the location <br /> of the proposed development on a site plan. the water will be from wells <br /> drilled on the site. It was found that the land was not suitable for septic <br /> tanks. The septic system will be that which was recommended by the Department <br /> of Environmental t;anagement and suitable for disposal of sewage from the <br /> proposed number of units. There is no reason at this time to put the mobile <br /> • homes that are presently on the site onto the new system. This particular <br /> site has more than the 100 foot buffer as required in the ordinance. In answer <br /> to a question from Commissioner Marshall, Brunson indicated the system could <br /> be built large enough to handle the ' current mobile homes if that was a <br /> stipulation of approval for the project. <br /> Barry Jacobs asked for an explanati en of the enforcement history <br /> for the property in question and Susan Smith indicated none to her knowledge. <br /> CG'.„'-:I:TS OR UESTI0NS FROM CITIZENS <br />
