Thomas Bradshaw and Beth Bradshaw are requesting a planned <br /> development and rezoning for 94.30 acres of land located on the <br /> west side of White Cross Road (SR 1951 ) in Bingham Township . <br /> The property is referenced as Tax Map 35, part of lot 27A . <br /> The property is located in an area designated Agricultural <br /> Residential in the Orange County Land Use Plan . The present <br /> zoning classification is Agricultural Residential (A—R) . The <br /> applicants are requesting the 94.30 acres to be rezoned to <br /> PD—H—AR . <br /> IMPACT : Approval of the request would allow expansion of the existing <br /> mobile home park . An additional 75 mobile homes would be added <br /> to the existing park which contains 26 existing units . <br /> RECOMMENDATION : The Planning Board recommended approval of the PD—H--AR <br /> rezoning request with the attached conditions . The Planning <br /> Boardlirevised condition #18 to add the word "public" and added <br /> condition #21 . <br />
