Paris Subdivision . The <br /> private road standards require the approval of the Board of <br /> County Commissioners for the establishment of a Class A road . <br /> NEED : Approlial of a Class A private road is required before two <br /> minor subdivisions can be approved : Heinrich Melling and John <br /> Shaw properties . The 0. J . Paris Subdivision , the West Orange <br /> Partnership Subdivision and the Kelly & Thomas Subdivision (see <br /> map) were created before Subdivision Regulations went into <br /> effects in Bingham Township . <br /> IMPACT: Approval of a Class A private road would provide for the <br /> submittal of two minor subdivisions for approval . <br /> RECOMMENDATION : Approval . <br />
