The single example of coordinated programs between the <br /> three agencies occured at the Efland-Cheeks School where the <br /> Recreation Department and JOCCA shared program responsibility <br /> while the Schools provided the facilities. Although there were <br /> serious problems in attempting to blend the two programa, the <br /> staff from the three agencies agreed that their collaboration had <br /> been-profitable.
