3.4 LOCATIONAL CRITERIA <br /> Applying each of the Land Use Plan Categories includes making de- <br /> , <br /> cisions about the most appropriate distribution of land uses throughout <br /> the County. Land in the County was filtered through the set of criteria <br /> in order to evaluate the suitability of certain locations to contain <br /> various land uses. <br /> The following location al criteria and their evaluation determine the <br /> best location for new Land uses in the County.
